Good thoughts! I do support tickets daily, so a lot of these points hit home. It’s amazing how people can’t take the time to provide enough information, or have lofty expectations (as if they are the only client) – I mean, get over yourself. The nicer and presentable you are, the quicker your ticket is resolved – plain and simple.
