Previewing markdown in VSCode

How to check your markdown in VSCode

When writing markdown I sometimes question whether I’ve formatted something correctly or what a blog post I’m writing will look like.

VSCode has a markdown previewer built in as a default. To enable it just press command + shift + V. This will open up a new tab in your text editor with a preview of the markdown file you are working on. Now you’ll know whether that table has been formatted correctly without having to run a local server.
