Improving the existing system, re-enabling functionality, and tidying up the backlog, for the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary, London.

The Judiciary is made up of judges, magistrates, tribunal members, and coroners. Together, they uphold the rule of law, we helped iterate on their HR middleware.

System improvements

We were brought in as Ruby on Rails consultants to help test, improve, and re-enable functionality on an existing project.

We worked closely with the relevant Judicary teams as well as their existing tech partner dxw to ensure clarity and quality.

The work was split between technical, code updates, and helping maintain the backlog of expected and desired functionality.

By the end of the project we had completed the major tasks required, and several stretch goals.
