Copy Paste Character is a website for copying the 'hidden' characters that come with the computer's typefaces. We helped redevelop their website.
Website redevelopment
We were initially brought on to help the client with some security issues and to make some changes left over from their previous supplier.
Although we were able to make good progress, the original site was incredibly hard to maintain. We re-wrote the site in Rails 7, using modern practices.
The new site is more performant, more secure, and much faster to make changes to, saving the client money in the long term.
