How we helped Hackney Council

Working on-site and remotely to deliver new features and improvements to a Ruby on Rails project, for Hackney Council, London.

Hackney Council are one of London's largest councils. Serving the people of Hackney, they have been embracing tech as a way to reduce costs and serve more people in a better way.

Rails development and maintenance

Hackney had a Rails application that was in beta that needed some small improvements made to it based on user feedback.

The work was planned to take roughly 1 sprint (2 weeks) and we wanted to get as many improvements made as possible.

To faciliate this we worked on-site, beside the users of the system, to make sure feedback loops were tight and communication was efficient.

We delivered the agreed improvements and more within the time frame.
